its the...... ZOOTMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I got some amazing zoot from Bob, a set of curly anigre and one of Zebrawood. I'm in the process of designing a totally different nylon string guitar and been tempted to use the Zebrawood! Has anyone ever build a classical with Zebrawood? Or anigre for that matter? Thanks |

Yeah, Love That Bob. I've got some neat stuff from him over the past 2-3 weeks for a future build, and it is wonderful. I got a set of that curly oak and a lutz top and a bunch of bloodwood binding and purfling. Exciting. Ron |

Hi Peter, I've built a few from Zebrawood. People always comment on how buitiful they are. here is a picture of one.

WOW, so much beau-t-ful zoot around here, i'd just love to try them all out, great looking guitar Ed, how's the sound? how does it compare with other tonewoods?

The sound is great. It sounds very close to Indian Rosewood. It tends to be a little difficult to bend but if you take it slow it bends fine. The sound tends to be a little warmer than rosewood, I think the highs could be better but that can be addressed in the bracing pattern. |

Never built with either but I have been eyeing some curly anigre at the wood store. It really looks like it wants to be a binding on my guitars.... |
